- Experience: 8 years of experience as Warden (BPS-17) in a university or education department
2. Night Duty Medical Officer (BPS-17) – Regular:

- Quota: Sindh (U)
- Qualification: MBBS
3. Staff Nurse (BPS-16) – Contractual:
- Seats: 01
- Quota: Merit
- Qualification: Matriculation
- 3-year Diploma in Nursing (Pakistan Nursing Council approved)
- 1-year Diploma in Midwifery (PNC recognized)
- Registration certificate as “Registered Nurse” and “Registered Midwife”
- Age Limit: As per Federal Government rules
4. Dispensers-Cum-Dresser (BPS-06) – Regular:

- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Candidates retired on disciplinary, medical, or compulsory grounds are not eligible

Terms and conditions for the post of Senior Warden, Night Duty Medical Officer:-
- Applications (duly signed, attested and complete in all respect) should reach office of the Assistant Registrar (Establishment) QAU, Islamabad within 15 days of the date of Advertisement along with Pay Order, Bank Draft (any bank) or (Paid Challan only from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University branch) for Rs-4000/- (Non-refundable) drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

- Applicants already working in Government / Semi-Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel by due date along with service certificates issued by their present and former employer(s) duly attested; otherwise, their applications will not be entertained. However, the University may entertain advance copies, if clearly mentioned.
- Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes and rules / regulations amended from time to time.
- University reserves the rights to fill any position / withhold appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. In all such cases the decision of the University will be binding for all purposes and will not be challengeable in any Court of Law.

- Applications duly filled/completed in all respect with 2-attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, educational testimonials, domicile and CNIC should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or through bank Challan from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch of Rs.500/- non-refundable drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad on or before 15-days from the date of publication of advertisement, during office hours.
- Application form may be obtained either from Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or downloaded from university web site i.e. www.qau.edu.pk.
- Incomplete applications or the applications received after due date, will not be entertained.
- Any further query/information can be raised / obtained on Phone No. 051-90644078-79.
- Applicants already working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel supported with service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer. However University may entertain advance copies, if clearly mentioned.
- Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes.

B. For Staff Nurse, Dispenser-Cum-Dresser, and Security Guard (BPS-16, 06, 01):
- Fee: Arrange a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.
- Payment Method: This must be a Pay Order, Bank Draft (any bank), or through bank Challan from the HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch.
- Payable to: The payment instrument must be drawn in favour of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
