Recruitment of Civilian Staff as Khatib & Muazzin in Pakistan Air Force - Latest Jobs December 2023
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is
inviting applications for the recruitment of civilian staff on the following
posts:
Khatib
- Pay Scale: 15
- Quota: Merit 01, Punjab 03, Sindh (Urban) 01, Sindh (Rural) 01, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 01
- Qualifications and Experience: Intermediate, Fazil Dars-e-Nizami (Shahadatul Alamiyah) from any registered Darul Uloom and Hafiz-e-Quran
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as of 15 April 2024)
Muazzin
- Pay Scale: 07
- Quota: Merit 01, Punjab 04, Sindh (Urban) 01, Sindh (Rural) 01, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 01
- Qualifications and Experience: Middle Pass and Hafiz-e-Quran and Qari
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (as of 15 April 2024)
Disqualifications:
- Fired from any government job or military service
- Convicted by a court of law for moral crimes
- Rejected by the Armed Forces, Appeal Medical Board, Central Medical Board, or any other medical board
- Candidates whose educational certificates are found to be fake and those who have committed misrepresentation in the provision of information
Selection Procedure:
- Online registration on PAF website www.joinpaf.gov.pk
- Computerized intelligence test at the selection center for Khatib and preliminary interview for Muazzin
- Interview before the Air Headquarters Selection Board
- Final selection will be made at the Air Headquarters on the basis of merit and provincial quota.
- Medical examination of selected candidates
- Successful candidates, if found medically fit, can be posted at any PAF base in the country as required.
General Information:
- There will be a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit for all posts.
- All interested candidates working in government and semi-government organizations and retired Armed Forces personnel must bring NOC and Chal Chalan Certificate signed by the current Head of Department from their department.
- Government employees, including contract government employees, who have completed two years of continuous service, will be given a relaxation of ten years in the upper age limit and they can apply up to the age of 55.
- Retired Armed Forces personnel will be given a relaxation of fifteen years or as much service as they have rendered in the Armed Forces (whichever is less) in the upper age limit.
- Candidates belonging to Balochistan, Sindh (Rural), Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Naran Area will be given a relaxation of three years in the upper age limit.
- Children of PAF present service and retired uniform/civilian gentlemen must register their father's details at the time of registration. Later registration will not be done.
- Candidates whose documents are incomplete will not be allowed to sit for the test.
- Mobile phones are not allowed inside the center.
- The hours of registration are from 8 am to 2 pm.
- No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for the test and interview.
