Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international institution (HEC recognized) with at least 60% marks or minimum CGPA 2.5.

3. Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of the management.
4. Candidates with one year of relevant banking experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Duties of General Banking Officer GBOs in NBP:

1. Managing front and back-office transactions efficiently.
2. Handling remittance-related activities.
3. Opening and maintaining customer accounts.
4. Monitoring inoperative and dormant accounts, serving notices to unclaimed account holders when required.
5. Processing online transactions, remittances, and issuance of financial instruments.
6. Managing collection of inward and outward clearing in line with internal SOPs and Prudential Regulations.
7. Processing ATM claim settlements and maintaining lockers.
8. Managing cash handling activities when assigned.
9. Processing and managing term deposits (issuance, payments, balancing of TDR).
10. Ensuring operational and front office activities are carried out appropriately.
11. Assisting Operations Manager in promoting or selling products or services.
12. Scrutinizing transaction vouchers on a daily basis and maintaining an auditable trail.
13. Other duties as required/published by the employer (as and when required basis)
