Application Form:
The prescribed application form is available on the M/s OTS website. Applicants are
advised to carefully fill out the form within 15 days of the publication of the
advertisement.
General Conditions & Instructions:
- Written tests will be conducted by M/s OTS, and interviews will be conducted by WAPDA.
- General age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit.
- Candidates from specific categories are eligible for additional age relaxation: Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (Rural), and Balochistan.
- Disabled persons applying against the disabled quota are eligible for a 10-year age relaxation.
- Govt./WAPDA employees with 2 years of continuous regular service can get an upper age limit relaxation of up to 10 years.
- Age will be calculated as on the last date of receipt of applications.
- Only children of WAPDA employees can apply against the quota reserved for WAPDA Employees Children.
- Candidates already serving in WAPDA must apply through WAPDA HR Division and submit a requisite NOC/permission.
Documents for WAPDA Employees Children Quota (ECQ):
- Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper from WAPDA Employee.
- Certificate from the concerned WAPDA office stating no son/daughter has been employed under WAPDA ECQ in the past.
- Documentary proof of employment of Father/Mother in WAPDA.
Application Process:
- Visit the M/s OTS website for registration and submission of applications.
- Pay the test fee of Rs. 200/- to OTS in any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the prescribed Bank Challan form downloadable from the OTS website.
- Specify the post & office against which you are applying.
- Send the complete prescribed application form with attested copies of educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, relevant documents/experience certificates, and two recent passport size photographs, along with the original fee Challan through courier service/Pakistan Post to Manager Operations (WAPDA) Open Testing Service, Office No.1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
Communication and Updates:
- Candidates will be informed through text messages by OTS regarding roll no. slips, test centers, test date, and timing.
- Regularly check the OTS website for important announcements related to recruitment against applied posts.
Important Notes:
- Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
- WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for the test/interview.
- Incomplete/incorrect information or applications received after the last date shall be rejected.
- Any discovered bogus information at any stage during induction or later in service shall result in termination.
