Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (VP/SVP)
Reporting to: Lead HR Business Partner
Place of Posting: Karachi
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university/college/institute (HEC recognized).
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Public Administration or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of experience in Human Resource with exposure to working in at least two functions of HR or as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist.
- Experience in similar roles in the financial sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in all Human Resource and functional areas within a dynamic environment.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in planning, development, and execution of HR projects.
- Well-developed relationship management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business heads to understand their requirements and provide solutions aligned with Bank’s policies.
- Develop and nurture partnerships to bridge gaps between management and employees.
- Lead and communicate nationwide special HR projects.
- Work with the business in HR processes such as performance management, promotions, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
- Assist in workforce and headcount planning for business groups.
- Review and recommend improvements in HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Identify ways to boost employee morale and retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to improving the work environment.
- Perform additional assignments as given by the supervisor(s).
Employment Type
- Contractual for three years, renewable at the discretion of management.
