NADRA Technologies Seeks Procurement Leader (Contractual)
Nadra Technologies Limited is hiring a Director Procurement on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate, with a maximum age limit of 45 years, should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in senior procurement management roles. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, introducing innovative procurement solutions, stakeholder coordination, contract management, and team leadership. The candidate should be well-versed in PPRA Rules, contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the procurement department, developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize processes and maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Introduce cutting-edge procurement solutions and methodologies to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts and service agreements, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and standards.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Academic Requirement:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (MBA)
Skills Requirement:
- A seasoned procurement professional with 15+ years of experience in a senior management role.
- An adept strategist, capable of handling large-scale, diverse, and technology-oriented procurement projects.
- An expert in PPRA rules with a proven track record of effective application in practice.
- A skilled negotiator and contract drafter, experienced in vendor management.
- An in-depth understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiar with procurement software and technologies that enhance efficiency.
- A data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
- A natural leader with exceptional communication abilities, inspiring and motivating a high-performing team.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the related field.
Terms and Conditions:
- The selected candidate will be initially hired for a contract period of 3 years, extendable if required.
- Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

- 5 years’ relaxation in age is included in the above age limit.
