Nadra Technologies Limited, a leading provider of technology
and identity management solutions, is seeking a highly qualified and
experienced Director General (Internal Audit) to lead and oversee the company's
internal audit function. This is a contractual position with an initial term of
3 years (extendable).
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in internal audit, financial management, and risk assessment.
- Proven track record in leading audit teams and implementing best practices in internal audit functions.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the technology and identity management sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify financial risks and recommend effective solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Audit Oversight: Lead and oversee all internal audit activities, ensure compliance with established internal audit standards and regulations, and provide independent assurance to the management on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks facing the organization, develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, and enhance the organization's overall risk management framework.
- Process Improvement: Regularly review and evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Internal Controls: Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal control systems to safeguard assets, ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records, and promote efficient and effective operations.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive internal audit reports for management and the Board of Directors, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide internal audit team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the internal audit function.
Minimum Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 20 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the technology or identity management sector.
Terms and Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
